2007

Whitehorse

Appropriately enough, the 40th anniversary of the Canada Winter Games ventured north to Whitehorse. While the Yukon officially became the first territory to host, the 2007 Canada Winter Games were a collaborative effort, as contributions from Nunavut and the Northwest Territories helped ensure these northern Games went smoothly.
