As snowboarding arrives on the scene, New Brunswick legend Mark Fawcett generously drops in as honorary captain. The Canadian Olympian and world champion in snowboard-cross actually competed twice for New Brunswick at the Canada Games, first in 1985 and then again 1989, where his efforts earned him a bronze in rowing.
