Prince Edward Island
Prince Edward Island won the bid to host the seventh Canada Winter Games, a first for Canada’s smallest province. The benefits of hosting these Games would be felt for years to come, as venues such as the Chi-Wan Young Sports Centre remain fixtures in the Island landscape.
